Instructions

Step 1
Brown steak in 2 tablespoons oil. Add broth, vegetables and soy sauce. Cover, simmer 10 minutes or until slightly tender. Stir often.
Step 2
Combine 1/4 cup water and cornstarch. Stir until smooth. Stir into sauce. Cook, stirring until thickened. Serve over rice. 4 servings.
