1 x 28 ozCan whole tomatoes with juice
2 x 10 ozCans diced tomatoes and green chilis
1Whole jalapeno
diced fine
¼ cuponion
chopped
1clove garlic
minced
¼ tspsalt
¼ tspsugar
¼ tspground cumin
½ cupcilantro
chopped fine
0.5lime juice

Instructions
Step 1
Combine whole tomatoes, Rotel, onion, jalapeno, garlic, sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro in a blender or food processor. Pulse until you get the salsa to the consistency you'd like—I do about 10 to 15 pulses. Test seasonings with a tortilla chip and adjust as needed.
Step 2
Refrigerate salsa for at least an hour. Serve with tortilla chips or cheese nachos.
