2️⃣ Place the beans + sweetcorn + pepper + tomatoes + chilli + coriander into a large mixing bowl

3️⃣ In a jar, add the olive oil + cider vinegar + maple syrup + lime juice + taco seasoning + salt + pepper and shake vigorously
