Instructions
Step 1
in soup pot, add a tablespoon or so of olive oil and chopped onions

and pressed garlic

after a few minutes add chopped up peppers

saute for a little while careful not to burn garlic

when you think appropriate, add the two cans of white beans. do not

drain the cans prior. everything goes in the pot.

add the can of veggie broth or chicken broth

add a little bit of salt and pepper and let it stew on medium low heat

for about 20 minutes.

then add chili powder and paprika to taste as well as more salt and
