Ingredients

For the pasta
1 blockfeta cheese
4 CupsCherry Tomato
8Cloves Garlic
peeled
8Pearl Red Onions
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonpepper
1 teaspoonoregano
1 teaspoonred pepper flakes
2 PiecesThyme
For the Chicken
Instructions
Step 1
Place the feta block in the center of a large casserole dish
Step 2
Add the cherry tomato, garlic cloves, onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes around the feta block
Step 3
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes
Step 4
In a bowl, add chicken, spices, lemon juice and mix together
Step 5
Add chicken to hot pan with heated olive oil and cook for three minutes each side
Step 6
Remove casserole dish from the oven and mix ingredients together (minus chicken and pasta)
Step 7
Add pasta to the casserole dish and mix well
Step 8
Add chicken on top and serve with Parmesan cheese and parsley garnish
