Instructions
Step 1
brown the meat with garlic + onion
Pan
Step 2
add peppers, salt + pepper and cook until peppers are soft
Step 3
drain the meat of grease if needed
Step 4
add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth + soy sauce. season with italian seasoning. stir & bring to a boil.
Step 5
stir & add in rice. bring back to boil
Step 6
cover & cook on low for 20 mins
stir to make sure the rice isn’t sticking
Step 7
top with cheese & cover again for about 5 mins or until cheese is melted.
