Instructions

Step 1
dice chicken + season generously with ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and basil
Step 2
dice onion + add to pan on medium-low heat. add chicken once onion begins to soften
Step 3
when chicken is golden-brown and cooked through add gochujang, honey, soy sauce + double cream
Step 4
add pasta to salted water + set to cook while the sauce boils down
Step 5
if wanting a thick sauce, boil for longer. if wanting a thin sauce, you can add some of the pasta water. you can also add optional chilli powder, chilli flakes, or any other seasonings here if desired
Step 6
strain pasta + add to sauce, then toss to combine
Step 7
garnish with spring onion + serve with bread!
