Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions
Step 2
slice chicken thin and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Spray a skillet and add the chicken; cook thoroughly. Add the thinly sliced peppers and onions; saute until tender.
Step 3
In a bowl layer 1/4 cup cooked rice, 2 oz cooked chicken, onions and peppers, 1/4 cup black beans and all the toppings. Enjoy warm.
