Step 1
Pan fry chicken until cooked through. Cook pasta of choice in separate pot until aldente.








Step 2
In same pan, add in garlic, red pepper, and onion. Sauté and then add in heavy cream, red pepper flakes, pasta water (1 cup), sun dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and spinach.











Step 3
Stir in pasta and let sit to thicken.
