Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 175 degrees
Step 2
First peel your oranges and then cut your oranges into slices. Remove the white part of the slices to make sure you’re getting only the orange flesh.
Step 3
Place your peels and slices on a baking dish and place in the oven for 3-4 hours to dehydrate.
Step 4
After that 3-4 hours check to see if your peels are brittle and crunchy if they are remove them. But if they’re still soft let them continue to dehydrate longer.
Step 5
Next your to blend your orange peels and flesh into powder then add in your peppercorns, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, and paprika and blend until it forms a seasoning consistency.
Step 6
Place in air tight container and it’s for use! This seasoning has a shelf life of about 3 to 4 months.
