Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a full boil (won't work if not already boiling)
Step 2
Place noodles in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes 30 seconds
Step 3
While the noodles are boiling, tear up the nori into whatever size pieces you want
Step 4
Drain noodles and put them in a bowl.
Step 5
Put nori and any other add-ins into the bowl
Step 6
Pour a generous amount of ponzu sauce on the noodles and toppings. Rice noodles are very absorbent so you can add more for more flavor
Step 7
Add a bit of sesame oil, and some sesame seeds as a garnish
