Step 1
In a small bowl, mash the banana.

Add cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla and oats and mix well.

Pour in the milk, adding a 1/4 cup and mixing before pouring in the rest. Mix all the ingredients together well.

Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or a glass and cover. Alternatively, leave the oats in the bowl and cover with cling wrap.
