Instructions
Step 1
Cook sausage patty according to packaging and set aside.
Step 2
Place a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
Step 3
Place lightly an oiled mason jar ring or silicone egg mold into the pan.
Step 4
Crack the egg into the ring and use a fork to break the yolk and gently whisk.
Step 5
Cover for 3 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
Step 6
Remove egg from ring.
Step 7
Repeat above steps for second egg.
Step 8
Place one of the eggs on a plate and spread mayonnaise on top.
Step 9
Then add sausage and sliced cheese.
Step 10
Add the second cooked egg on top.
