Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients
Step 2
Boil pasta
Step 3
Add drizzel of olive oil to frying pan on medium heat ans fry mushrooms for 6-7 mins.
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium-low and fry onion for 5-6 mins
Step 5
Add garlic, salt and pepper and fry for 1 min
Step 6
Add 15ml balsamic viniger and cook until evaporated
Step 7
Add water and stock paste, bring to the boile then simmer for 5-6 mins
Step 8
Stir in creme fraiche and bring back to the boil then take off the heat.
Step 9
Add cheese and parsley then serve
