Dough

¾ cupwater

1 tspsugar

1 Tbspyeast

4 cupflour

1 cupmarg

1 cupsour cream

pie dough
Mix as for, with hand blender

3eggs
room temperature works best
Meat Filling
Instructions
Step 1
Mix water, sugar, yeast, flour, and margarine as for pie dough with hand blender
Step 2
Add eggs and sour cream to dough mixture
Step 3
Chill dough in fridge for 1 hour
Step 4
Brown ground beef, then add onion, and some salt and pepper to taste. Then add a cpl pinches of cayenne & paprika ( taste for spicy/taste)
Step 5
While beef browns, cook 2-3 potatoes, mash & add to hamburger mixture
Step 6
Roll dough just abit thicker than pie crust (1.5 x thicker)
Step 7
Brush the dough with a beaten egg
Step 8
Bake @ 375 for 12-15 mins
Step 9
*watch this as they brown easily
Step 10
Thaw 1 hr before baking if frozen
