Instructions
Step 1
1. Sauté the onions with 2 tbsp olive oil until soft
Step 2
2. Add the hot pepper and sauté for a minute
Step 3
3. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute
Step 4
4. Add the tomatoes and spices and mix
Step 5
5. Add the water and simmer covered for a minute
Step 6
6. Blend the beans in the blender and add them to the ingredients in the skillet
Step 7
7. Mix and cook for a minute
Step 8
8. Serve and top off with cilantro,tomatoes, olive oil, and daqqa (recipe in previous post)
