Step 1
Generously coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium high heat. Add the onions and peppers and cook for 5 minutes or until soft. Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, and oregano and cook for 1 minute. Dump in the beans and mash half of them with a fork. Dump in the corn and ½ cup of salsa. Reduce the heat to medium low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. For each burrito, nuke a tortilla on high for 10 seconds, or until warm. Scatter on 2 tbsps. of cheese, dump on about 1/3 cup of the bean filling, and plop on 1 tbsp of the remaining salsa. Roll up the tortilla and munch
