Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat the over at 135c
Step 2
Chop roughly the raw Almonds with a knife.
Step 3
1. Mix oat, coconut, almond and chia
Step 4
2. bring to a boil the coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt (can add a drop of vanilla paste or zest of an orange)

3. cover the dry ingredients with liquid. it should be wet but not completely soaked
Step 6
4. Sprayed everything on a baking tray with baking paper and baked for 40 mins at 135 degrees
Step 7
Once golden take out of the oven and key it cool 5 minutes before breaking in pieces.
Step 8
5. add raisins or chopped dates and mix it up. store in a sealed jar
