Instructions

Step 1
Spray inside of pan with fry light and add diced onions fry until translucent.
Step 2
Next add 150g minced beef and fry until browned
Step 3
Add mushrooms , tomatoes,chickpeas, mixed herbs and garlic

Cook for 5 mins until until piping hot
Step 5
Once cooked transfer some of the ingredients into an heat proof dish and then layer some of the pasta sheets and then spread half the quark over the sheets . Then transfer some more of the mixture and repeat the process
Step 6
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and then grate cheese over the top of the lasagne bake in the oven for 30-35 mins until top is bubbling and browned.
