Instructions
Step 1
Prepare veggies and Chicken: - slice carrot with mandolin
- top and tail snow peas
- defrost green beans if frozen
- dice chicken and add extra seasonings




Step 2
Heat oil in a deep pan. Once hot, add chicken and cook until browned and crispy. Once cooked, remove from pan.

Step 3
Add the vegetables to the pan and cook until softened.



Step 4
Combine the peanut butter, soy sauce and maple syrup and add the the pan as well as the coconut milk.




Step 5
Stir through the noodles and chicken, and combine well. Divide into portions and store leftovers in the fridge.
