Step 1
For the broth, in a large pot place the chicken, onion, parsnip, bay leaves and black pepper seeds, add water and bring it to a boil. Then lower the heat and cook for about 1.5 hours.
Step 2
When the broth is almost ready, chop all herbs, eggs, and cut the potatoes into cubes.
Step 3
Remove the chicken from the broth and shred it. Discard the onion, parsnip and bay leaves.
Step 4
Add Vegeta, salt and pepper to the broth. Add potatoes and cook until ready. Then add shredded chicken, all herbs, eggs and bring it to a boil. Taste again for seasoning, add additional salt and pepper if needed.
Step 5
Remove from the heat and let it rest for 30minutes.
Step 6
Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
