Noodles

0.5zucchini
spiralized

4 ozshirataki noodles

¼ cupbell pepper
thinly sliced

9 ozshrimp
can be subbed or with chicken breast and or tofu

2.5 ozCole slaw mix

2 tspsesame oil
divided

2 ozsnow peas

1.5 ozcremini mushrooms

Instructions
Step 1
- In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Step 2
- Add 1/2 tsp sesame oil and bell pepper. Sauté until softened. While peppers are sauteing, Cook rice noodles according to instructions on box.
Step 3
- Stain and rinse shiritake noodles. Then add to hot rice noodles.
Step 4
- Add peppers to noodle mixture, then lightly saute zoodles and bean sprouts. When done, as them to the noodle and pepper mixture. Pour in sauce and mix well.
Step 5
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, add 1/2 tsp sesame oil and shrimp (or whatever protein you're using). Then, combine with other ingredients on low heat until everything is heated through.
