Instructions

Step 1
1. Marinate the salmon fillet with lime juice, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric

2. Drizzle oil in a pan, fry for 1-2 minute on each side then set aside

3. Mix green chilis, mustard seeds, and salt with a splash of water using a mortar and pestle
Step 4
4. Remove the salmon, and add onion and sauté until translucent then add turmeric, red chili, paste, salt, and coconut milk
Step 5
5. Once the oil has separated, add the salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat with a lid on
Step 6
6. Ready to Enjoy!
