Lentil Quinoa Rice Mix
Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breast
Sweet Baby Broccoli
Sesame Ginger

Instructions

Step 1
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, pat chicken dry + warm 1-2 min per side; slice + set aside
Step 2
Chop broccoli in 1-inch pieces + heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook broccoli + salt/pep 2-3 min; add ½ cup water, cover + steam 3 more min; set aside
Step 3
Heat skillet over med-high + warm rice mix with 1 tbsp water for 2 min
Step 4
Turn off heat + combine all with 2-4 tbsp sauce
