9 steps

Make extra sauce to use for leftovers! You can also substitute meatloaf mix for beef, but if you use turkey, you'll probably need extra seasoning.

Instructions

Step 1
Put the meat along with the salt, pepper, egg, Italian seasoning, fennel, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs in a large bowl and mix. It works best if you use gloves hands!
Step 2
If it's too moist, add a litt more bread crumbs. Shape into a loaf.
Step 3
Tin foil a 9x13 pan and place loaf in the middle.
Step 4
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
Step 5
Mix ketchup with the Worcestershire sauce. Add more Worcestershire to suit your palate.
Step 6
Mix V8 juice with hot sauce. Again, add more or less hot sauce to suit you.
Step 7
After 30 minutes, remove meatloaf from oven. Spread ketchup mix on top. Pour the V8 mix into the pan.
Step 8
Return to the oven and bake 20 more minutes. Start checking the internal temp then. Bake until it teaches 165 easily.
Step 9
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
