Instructions
Step 1
Cook the quinoa and set aside.
Step 2
Peel & chop the onion and the mushrooms and sauté them on the coconut oil.
Step 3
Add the chickpeas and the thyme and cook them for a minute.
Step 4
Add a cup of water, the brewer’s yeast and the spices and cook them for 10 minutes. Always add some water if it starts to be “dry”.
Step 5
Add the cooked quinoa and mix it well. Enjoy 😊
