Step 1
First, clean the duck well. Put a pan on the stove and pour oil into the pan.

Add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, cumin and garam masala powder, and salt. Stir frequently.

Finally, add fried onion, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder, and green chilies. Cover and rest on low heat for 10 minutes before serving.
