Instructions
Step 1
Slice onion thinly, and cut sliced beef in 2" width (best if you can buy those beef already sliced that is used for hotpot).
Step 2
Boil Dashi in a pot and add sliced onion. 1 TSP DASHI TO 1 CUP. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce, sugar, and Sake and cook another 3-4 minutes. Add grated ginger.
Step 3
Add sliced beef in pot and stir. Cook about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Bring water to a boil, then simmer. Put eggs in for 5 mins.
