Instructions

Step 1
Separate yolks and white. Add milk, vanilla, and 50gr of flour first. Add the remaining flour gradually if batter not thick enough (until textured)
Step 2
Add cream of tartar to egg whites. Mix until bubbles come out. Add 1 tbsp of sugar. Mix until batter white and bubbles smaller. Add 1 tbsp of sugar. Mix until no bubbles appear. Add 1 tbsp of sugar. Mix until stiff peak.
Step 3
Add 1 1/2 spatula scoops of egg whites to yolk batter. Mix and pour to the remaining egg whites. Fold.
Step 4
On a pan, add a bit of oil snd spread with tissue. Put on a low heat and add 2 scoops of batter. Add a bit of water on the sides of the pancake. Add half scoop of batter on top of pancake to thicken the size of pancake. Put the pan lid and cook for 5 mins. Turn the pancake, add a bit of water and cook for another 5 mins
