Ingredients

6tortillas

12eggs
scrambled in a pan and beaten in a separate bowl with milk 5 tablespoons

3sausages
chopped and made in a pan sprayed with vegetable oil nonstick spray

3hash browns
scrambled in a pan

3 tablespoonsMaple syrup
stirred with the scrambled hash browns while it’s still cooking on the stove

2tomatoes
diced

3 tablespoonssalsa
mixed with the diced tomatoes in a bowl
Shredded Mixed Mexican style cheese
Instructions
Step 1

Wrap it like a burrito
Step 2
Put it on a pan and flip your burrito after you finish wrapping it and keep it in the pan until crispy brown on both sides

Fun fact : when you want to leave your breakfast burrito to eat later freeze them in the freezer , you can keep them frozen up to 3 months , when wanting to eat stack 2 damp paper towels on the bottom then put your burrito on top then put 1 damp paper towel on top then wrap it around with baking paper and microwave for 3 minutes
