Step 1
Pour tomatoes into large glass baking dish, top with sliced feta, drizzle w/ olive oil and seasonings

Bake in oven at 400 F

Meanwhile cook pasta and drain. Cook shrimp...may season w/ salt pepper and olive ail and any Mediterranean seasonings that you have on hand
Step 4
After tomatoes thickened and feta toasted, remove from oven. Stir in shrimp and spinach. Pour mixture over pasta and serve w/ additional red pepper flakes to taste
