Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dredge breasts through the EVOO, then the bread crumbs. Shallow fry in the oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. In a Sause pan add: water, marsala wine, and beef bullion. Mix a small amount with corstarch separately, the heat on low and whisk together until it thickens Bring to a boil, then reduce and add green peppers and mushrooms. Place the chicken and spoon the sause overtop
