Instructions
Step 1
Dice carrots, oinion, garlic and ginger.




Step 2
Add some oil to a pan, add the chopped ingrediants with some salt, curry powder, turmeric, coconut milk and honey and simmer for 20 minutes









Step 3
For the chicken, dip in flour then egg then breadcrumb, egg and breadcrumb again. Double breading for crispiness. Add to air fryer at 220 for 15 mins or oven 200 for 15 mins



Step 4
After the sauce has simmered for 20 minutes, blend until smooth
Step 5
Slice the chicken and serve with sauce, salad and rice.
