Instructions

Step 1
Make Jasmin rice rice setting add ghee and salt
Step 2
Iron pan. Mostly steam veggies but add a bit of oil To Sautéed/ steam Carrots, onions, brócoli and potatoes with salt pepper, Italian seasoning, cumin and turmeric.

Canned black beans add cumin salt pepper
Step 4
Put chicken in food processor with teaspoon of ketchup and white wine vinegar to make it taste like bbq. Pulse once or twice.
Step 5
Assemble rice add beans the veggies and chicken in a bowl. Also add a boiled egg if you would like.
