Instructions
Step 1
Slice garlic, ginger and scallion. Slice fresh pepper into small rounds or strips. Slice pork belly into small manageable slices, set aside.

Step 2
In a skillet, add in cooking oil to warm up. Stir in sliced pork belly to cook on medium heat, slowly cook until golden brown on both sides.
Frying Pan
Step 3
Still on medium heat, quickly add in sliced garlic, ginger and chili to stir, further put in Pi Xian bean paste(郫县豆瓣), oyster sauce to season, mix well and stir fry for a minute. Garnish with chicken powder and sliced scallion, mix well before plating, serve warm with rice.
