Instructions
Step 1
Add oil to skillet, brown chops on both sides then drain.
Step 2
Drain orange, reserving juice. Combine juice with sugar, salt, ketchup, cinnamon, vinegar, and mustard.
Step 3
Add juice mixture and mandarins to pork chops in skillet.
Step 4
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
