Step 1

2. In a shallow bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Pour butter milk in a second shallow bowl.
4. Pour flour into a third shallow bowl.
5. Coat baking sheet with oil or cooking spray.
6. Dip each piece of chicken in the following order: buttermilk flour buttermilk corn flake mix
7. Place chicken on baking sheet and drizzle with a bit of melted butter.
8. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
