Instructions

Step 1
Blot the tofu with paper towels so it won’t splatter as much when you fry it.

Cut the tofu block in half, then into 1-2 cm slices.
Step 3
Heat in a nonstick plan with olive oil over medium heat and place the tofu in the pan, without overlapping

Put the lid on the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 5
You’ll hear the tofu sizzle and pop. Flip the tofu and close the lid again. Leave the tofu for about 5 to 10 minutes, until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
Let’s make the sauce
Step 6
Thinly slice the green onion.
Step 7
In a bowl, mix the green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, chile flakes, sesame seeds and sugar.

Place the tofu on a serving plate and pour the sauce over the top
