Step 1
Bring water in pot to boil. Add rice cakes to boiling water and cook til soften. (锅中加入水,大火烧开后加入年糕)
Step 2
Remove rice cake from boiling water. Add some oil to the rice cake to prevent them from stick together. Let the rice cake cool in cold water. (把年糕从沸水中捞出后,加入食用油防止粘黏。搅拌均匀后,在装有年糕的容器中加入冷水,让年糕“过冷河”)
Step 3
Crack two eggs and mix yolk with white together, and set aside. Heat frying pan in medium-high heat. Add avocado oil to the pan. Stir fry the egg or cook like scrambled eggs. Remove cooked egg from frying pan and set aside. (将鸡蛋在碗中打散,起锅烧油加入鸡蛋翻炒,盛出备用)
Step 4
Cut mushrooms and spam into small pieces. In a pre-heated frying pan, add avocado oil and add pre-cut mushrooms, spam, and minced garlic. Once contents are well stir-fried, add cooked eggs and pre-wash bok choi to the pan. Stir fry for another 3 minutes or til contents are fully cooked. (将蘑菇和午餐肉切成小块。起锅烧油加入切好的蘑菇和午餐肉。待锅中食材差不多炒熟后加入先前炒好的鸡蛋和洗好的小塘菜。)
Step 5
Add cooked rice cakes to the pan, and stir fry contents in the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to the stir frying mix. Turn off heat once all contents in the pan are fully cooked, stir fried, and mixed. (将煮熟的年糕加入锅中翻炒。差不多炒熟时,加入蚝油生抽白糖调味。待锅中食材煮熟后关火即可。)
