Instructions

Step 1
Cut in small pieces the broccoli and cook it. Cook the peas and cook the spelt (check the package to know how many time) then, rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Cut in slices the radishes and chop the chive.
Step 3
Place all the ingredients in a big salad bowl and mix with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
