TUNA WHITE BEAN SALAD
2 steps
Cook:15min
While Elyse was working abroad in Switzerland, this salad became a dependable weeknight, no-fuss meal in her home. Elyse likes to eat this protein-packed salad on top of arugula with a hunk of baguette.
When buying canned tuna, look for brands that practice sustainable fishing practices and test their fish for harmful contaminants like mercury. Our two favourite brands are Wild Planet and Safe Catch.
