Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit. In a casserole dish or baking dish, combine water, plant-based milk, oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, chia seeds and hemp hearts and mix together. Top this mixture with the berries and cherries and an optional drizzle of maple syrup. Bake uncovered, centre rack, for 30-35 mins. Let cool for a few minutes and then serve. Optional additional toppings: sliced banana, scoop of natural peanutbutter, dollop of yogurt, shredded coconut, etc.
