My family‘s favorite meal and it’s super easy to make even though I’m not a seafood person I love making this and I devoured it… ——Salmon Ingredients—— -7 salmon fillets -1 teaspoon salt -1 teaspoon cajun seasoning -1 teaspoon onion powder -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon lemon pepper -1 teaspoon paprika -2 tablespoons olive oil -5 tablespoon unsalted butter -3 cloves of garlic -1/4 fresh parsley -2 lemons (the juice of) : ——Pan sear the salmon for about 3 to 4 minutes per side : ——Mashed potatoes—— -5 pounds of potatoes (peel, wash,cut and boil in salted water until fork tender) -1 stick of unsalted butter -1/4 cup sour cream -1 teaspoon salt -1/2 teaspoon black pepper -1 and 1/2 cups of warm milk : ——Asparagus—— -2 pounds of Asparagus (cut the ends off and wash) -2 tablespoons olive oil -1/2 teaspoon salt -1/2 teaspoon black pepper -1/2 teaspoon paprika -1/2 teaspoon garlic powder -the juice of 1/2 lemon ——oven temperature 400° for 20 minutes : : :
