Instructions
Step 1
Trim bottoms of Brussels sprouts and halve.
Step 2
Chop bacon and cook over medium heat in a large skillet for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add a neutral tasting oil and add garlic and shallot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4
Increase heat to medium-high and add Brussels sprouts.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes, or desired doneness
Step 6
Add hot sauce and honey. Mix well and serve immediately.
