Step 1
Chop the beans in to 1 inch pieces
Step 2
Take oil in a pan. Once warm, add rai, jeera, turmeric and asafoetida and stir the mixture
Step 3
Add chopped beans, along with salt and water. Stir the mixture for a while and then cover to cook on low flame
Step 4
Once cooked and most of the water is evaporated, turn off gas and serve with rice.
