Instructions
Step 1
(if baking in the oven, preheat the oven to 240 degrees). Combine the cooked potatoes and quinoa and mash together
Step 2
Add the onion and spices and mix well. Then add the breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Form them into cookie shaped patties.
Step 4
To panfry: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the quinoa patties for 6-8 minutes on each sides until golden brown.
Step 5
In the oven: Spray the quinoa patties with some oil. Bake in the oven on each side for 15 minutes.
