Instructions

Step 1
Heat pot with olive oil and butter, add diced onion. Add salt. Cook until browned. Remember to add salt at every step!

Add chicken, sear on all sides

Add red bell pepper, carrots, ginger, garlic, coriander. Let cook for 3-5 minutes.

3. Add red curry paste, coconut milk. Bring to low boil
