1 poundground beef
1 cupgreen bell pepper

1 x 15 ouncecan tomatoes
whole, peeled, cut up
2 teaspoonchili powder
¼ teaspooncayenne
1 teaspoonsugar
2 cupswater
1can pinto beans

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in large pot. Brown meat.
Step 2
Add onion, green pepper, garlic and spices.
Step 3
Add tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, sugar and water.
Step 4
Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer uncovered for 30 min. stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
