Step 1
Heat sauce pand and coconut cream sauteed/simmer for 1 minute add red curry paste, yellow curry paste into the pan and sauteed until almost dry (au sec) you will see slightly shiny oil is showing up then add honey, soy sauce, Maggie. Combine well until incorporated. Removed from heat and leave it to cool down. After that marinade minced pork with this sauce and divide the mixture into 2 PCs. Form it to be flat round shape 1 cm thickness. Keep it in fridge.

2. Prepared peanut sauce by heat sauce pan 30 second then add coconut cream sauteed/simmer for 1 minute add sweet curry paste and red curry paste, combine them well in till incorporated. Add grounded and roasted peanuts mix them well. Add tamarind juice, palm sugar and salt. Mix and simmer with continue stirring the bottom or the sauce pan to avoid burning. When the sauce is think and smooth it's the sign that sauce is ready. Removed it from heat and set aside.

Step 3
Prepare pickle by put sliced Cucumber, sliced red onion and cutted chili in a jar, them take a sauce pan add vinegar, sugar and salt use medium heat. Let it's boiled and reduced by half. Then pour the sauce over the veggie in the jar. Set it on aside.










Step 4
Cooking time... Put sauce pan on cooktop at high heat. The slice Burger bun in side in half and put the soft side on the sauce pan until golden brown, remove from pan. Then fried pork burger in the sauce pan at medium heat for 5 minute on each side. Add pickle sauce into the buns and follow by peanut sauce for both of them, then add a pork burger top it with the pickle(cucumber, red onion and chili), at last cover it with the other half of burger bun. Enjoy it!
