Instructions

Step 1
Shred or chop imitation crab into desired pieces and place it all into a large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, kewpie mayo, sriracha (optional), and green onions, leaving some to garnish later. Mix until well combined and set aside.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine warm cooked rice, salt, sugar, and sushi rice vinegar. Give it a good mix and let sit for 10 mins.
Step 3
Preheat oven to broil.
Step 4
Start layering rice evenly in a rectangular casserole dish. Then sprinkle one layer of furikake. Add crab mixture on top and spread evenly, followed by another sprinkle of furikake. Spoon on masago (optional), then finish it off with drizzle of sriracha and more kewpie mayo.
Step 5
Broil 10-15 mins or until top layer starts to char.
Step 6
Let cool for 10 mins. Serve warm with roasted seaweed, sliced cucumber, avocado, and ENJOY!
